• This service does not include the provision of new plumbing fixtures. Any new fixtures required will be installed using units supplied by the client, with an additional estimate provided for necessary items.
• While disassembling fixtures, utmost care will be taken; however, clients should be aware of the inherent risks and authorize service with this understanding. Replacement of damaged fixtures is not covered under this service.
• Materials not specified in the service agreement are not included.
• The service does not entail modifications to the existing hydraulic and drainage infrastructure.
• Exclusions also apply to the provision of siphons or drain grates, should they need replacement during the unclogging process.
• A suitable work area is necessary for the efficient execution of this service. Areas not prepared for the work may incur additional charges.
• Access to the work area must be provided in advance to ensure the service can be performed effectively.
• Our expert technicians will arrive within the scheduled time frame, aiming to complete the assessment within 2 hours. However, the duration may vary depending on the complexity of your plumbing system.
• Parking availability for the technician is required; additional charges may apply if parking is not provided.
• Services provided outside our standard coverage area may be subject to additional travel fees.
