I contacted this company from a Referral and I am So Very Grateful for their Assistance ! We’ve sold our home and their were Two Issues that were found during the Inspections. One was a Split in a Wood Support for our Attic Ladder and the other was a Wood Trim Piece that had Rotted on our Chimney ! When I spoke with Mateo Giraldo, the CEO, he was Extremely understanding of our issues and was More Than willing to Help ! I explained to him that I had called two other companies and Both Said the Job was “Too Small” ! They also said they had a ‘Minimum Fee’ of over $1,000 ! Mateo was More Than Understanding and STILL Willing to Help Us ! He explained that helping Someone with a Smaller Issue can Possibly Lead to Larger Jobs and Referrals ! Mateo and his crew were extremely professional. When we were given a time window for when they would arrive at our home, they arrived on time. That is such a rare event with many workers today. We had an electrical outlet installed on the exterior of our home, and they completed the work exactly as requested. We have two portable AC units that we wanted installed, Mateo came up with a design that was extremely efficient as well as practical. His thoroughness and research to make the best possible pleasing look was awesome. Mateo wants to EXCEED our expectations.
