Description

The base service excludes the toilet unit, demolition work, structural modifications, restorations, toilet flange, and disposal of the old unit. We are happy to provide separate quotes for these items.
The service does not cover repairs to damaged pipes, modifications to the hydraulic network, additional plumbing works, or finishing tasks. Should they be required, they will be quoted separately.
Debris removal is not included; however, it will be neatly stored at a designated area within the premises.
The product to be installed should be on-site before the scheduled installation.
Our service is designed for efficiency, with most installations completed within 1 ½ hours, barring any unforeseen complications.
Parking availability for the technician is required; additional charges may apply if parking is not provided.
Services provided outside our standard coverage area may be subject to additional travel fees.

Warranty

SOS Assistance offers a 3-month warranty on all installations, effective from the completion date. This warranty covers all workmanship and installations specified in the quote. Damages resulting from misuse are not covered under this warranty.

In the unlikely event that you need to activate the warranty, we will perform a comprehensive evaluation to undertake any necessary corrective measures, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
