Please note, that the washing machine unit itself is not included in the service. Modifications to the hydraulic or drainage systems, additional plumbing work, repairs, or finishing tasks will be quoted separately.
Repairs to any damaged pipes will be assessed and quoted based on the specific needs of the area.
Electrical or gas adjustments necessary for installation are not covered but can be provided at an additional cost.
The service excludes modifications to furniture or countertops. The installation area must be ready and accessible for the technician’s arrival.
The appliance must be on-site before the installation appointment.
Our expert technician aims to complete the installation within 1 hour, barring any unforeseen complications.
Parking availability for the technician is required; additional charges may apply if parking is not provided.
Services provided outside our standard coverage area may be subject to additional travel fees.

Warranty

SOS Assistance offers a 3-month warranty on all washing machine installations, effective from the service completion date. This warranty covers all specified labor and installations performed by our team. Damage due to misuse is not covered under this warranty.

Should you need to activate the warranty, we will conduct an extensive evaluation and undertake any necessary adjustments, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our service.
