To guarantee an efficient and high-quality service, please keep in mind:
  • Materials Not Included: Necessary products or materials for installations or repairs are not included and will be quoted separately.
  • Task Prioritization: We recommend prioritizing the tasks to be completed. Services are available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00, with a lunch break.
  • Specialized Repairs Not Included: This service does not cover repairs on galvanized pipes or any electrical or gas modifications; these services are available upon request and will be quoted separately.
  • No Door Modifications: Modifications to doors or door frames are not included.
  • Debris Management: Any debris will be left in the designated area specified by the client.
  • Access Requirements: The client must ensure access to all work areas, and items for installation must be onsite and ready for installation.
  • One-Person Task Limit: Tasks are limited to those that one technician can complete; additional personnel will incur extra costs.
  • Height Restrictions: Installations above 8 feet (2.5 meters) are excluded.
  • Parking Requirements: Parking for the technician must be provided; otherwise, a parking fee will apply.
  • Additional Mileage Fees: Services outside our standard service area will incur additional mileage fees.
  • Missed Appointment Policy: If the client is not present for a scheduled appointment, resulting in a missed visit, a $80 rescheduling fee will be charged to ensure efficient time and resource management.
