To ensure a smooth, high-quality service, please note the following:

  • Materials Not Included: Necessary materials for installations or repairs are not included and will be quoted separately.
  • Task Prioritization: Please prioritize tasks to be completed. Service is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 14:00 to 18:00 PM.
  • Special Repairs Not Included: This service does not cover repairs on galvanized pipes or any electrical or gas modifications; these can be provided upon request and will be quoted separately.
  • No Door Modifications: Modifications to doors or door frames are not part of this service.
  • Access Requirements: Access to all work areas must be provided, and items for installation should be on-site and ready.
  • One-Person Task Limit: Tasks are limited to what one technician can complete. Additional tasks or those requiring extra personnel will incur extra charges.
  • Height Limitations: Work above 8 feet (2.5 meters) is not included.
  • Parking Requirements: Parking for the technician must be provided; otherwise, a parking fee will apply.
  • Additional Mileage Fees: Services outside our standard coverage area will incur mileage charges.
  • Missed Appointment Policy: If a client is not present for a scheduled appointment, a $80 rescheduling fee will apply to cover time and resource management.
