Description

  • This service does not include moving furniture, dismounting, or demolitions of existing walls, modifications, explorations, ceramic finishes, and concrete, the work area must be suitable for installation, if not, an additional budget will be passed.
  • Does not include a Level and smooth patch at the surrounding surface. Spot prime. Roll or brush 2 coats of color and sheen-matched paint, blending the outward perimeter of the patch. For patch size of up to 4 SF.
  • This does not include throwing away the waste disposal, these will be left around the house or building that the user assigns duly stored.
  • Deliver the free work areas with due anticipation so that they can carry out the work properly.
  • Parking must be available for the technician; additional charges may apply if parking is not provided.
  • Services outside our standard coverage area may be subject to additional travel fees.
