Description

The service fee covers labor only. Light bulbs are not included but can be provided upon request for an additional quote.
Additional charges of $60 per bulb apply for installations beyond the second bulb, completed during the same visit.
High installations above 9ft are not included but can be accommodated with a separate quote for the required equipment (e.g., ladder, scaffolding).
The service does not include modifications to the electrical network, furniture alterations, or work involving ceramic and concrete finishes. Separate estimates will be provided for these services.
Debris generated during installation will not be disposed of but will be neatly stored at a designated location on the property.
The installation area must be accessible and prepared for the technician’s arrival to ensure an efficient service process.
Our expert technician aims to complete the installation within 1 hour, barring any unforeseen complications.
Parking must be available for the technician; additional charges may apply if parking is not provided.
Services outside our standard coverage area may be subject to additional travel fees.

Warranty

SOS Assistance offers a 3-month warranty on all light bulb installations, covering all labor and installations as specified in the quote, excluding damages due to misuse.

Should the need arise to activate the warranty, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and implement the necessary corrective actions, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our service.
