Basic labor to paint baseboards with favorable site conditions. Prep up to 2 hr per 100 LF – scrape, sand, and patch up to 4 minor defects per 100 LF. Caulk edge and spot prime. Roll/brush 2 coats of paint. Replace hardware. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup, and cleanup.
Cost of related materials and supplies typically required to paint baseboards including masking tape and paper, surface repair and preparation material, primers, and cleanup supplies..
