Basic labor to paint the ceiling with favorable site conditions. Prep up to 1 hr per 200 SF – scrape, sand, and patch up to 4 minor defects per 100 SF. Roll 2 coats of paint and cut in at trim molding. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup, and cleanup.
Cost of related materials and supplies typically required to paint ceiling including masking tape and paper, surface repair and preparation material, primers, and cleanup supplies.

Description

The service does not cover furniture relocation, modifications to surfaces, or disposal of waste materials. These aspects can be addressed with an additional estimate.
Clients are encouraged to clear the work area before our team’s arrival to facilitate smooth and rapid service delivery.
Parking must be available for the technician; additional charges may apply if parking is not provided.
Services outside our standard coverage area may be subject to additional travel fees.
